Department of Agriculture Forest Service - Region 4 FERRON DWELLING ITEM 00100 - DWELLING REMODEL GENERAL 00100.01 This item shall consist of installing new aluminum siding, fascia, and soffits on a dwelling, removing and replacing existing windows, gutters and downspouts, and other related work in accordance with the drawings and these specifications at the designated location. PRODUCTS AND EXECUTION 00100.02 All products and execution shall be in accordance with the drawings and the following specifications: ITEM 07401 - ALUMINUM SIDING ITEM 07631 - GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS ITEM 08522 - WINDOWS METHOD OF MEASUREMENT 00100.03 Measurement - The quantity comprising the dwelling remodel as designated, complete, and ready for use. BASIS OF PAYMENT 00100.04 May 1977 Payment - The quantity, measured as provided above, shall be paid for at the contract unit price each for "dwelling remodel." This price and payment shall constitute full compensation for all labor, materials, and equipment required to perform the work as herein specified. 00100-1 |
