Show In regard to the closing in of the front porch, you will find • complete plan and anditional list a part of the plan wfiich we are sending enclosed. I Relative to the planning of the basement, we have not furnished you with any list but bave made in the plan included wi th this letter a. plan indicatiIl€; hOlf the basement may be arranged which will give convenient closets, a bedroom with two possible bed locations, a laundr,r with sufficient drying space, a place for the furnace which is located according to the requirements. This would give a VfrrY nice arrangement except that the fuel will have to be carried a considerable distance to the furnace. If a larger fuel roam were needed, n ~rtition could be TUll as indicated in yellow on that sheet. We are also includi~g with this letter for your infonnation and convenience, a roughing in plumbing plan for the first floor. This, of course, would bave to be adjusted sl ightly to serve the basement drain and also provide supply pipes to serve the future stationary laundry tubs in the basement. It would also be well to provide an additional floor drain in the furnace room if that were possible. We are also enclosing an electrical wiring diagram and list for trie plan. We would, however, suggest that this not be followed too closely in the basement as whatever rearrangements you n:s.ke should be studied and a l1ghting plan made to meet the arrangements.
