The property 1s located at the intersection ot the state Road am Ferron Oanyon Road. The State Road 1s Main street in this City. It is also located just one block Booth trcm the business section and Post Oftice. One ot the main water lines ot the l'erron Water Works runs adjaoent to the property. The main line ot the Tele-phone Com:pe..ny and the main line of the Utah Power and Light Company lies adjacent to the property. We teel sure that the location is idea tor a Ranger Sation and that there is enough ground tor a dWelling, garage,barn, machine sheds and a large garden. As a aonsideration in support of 001' petition and to show willingness to cooperate with the Forest Service, we are a.uthorized by the Town Board or Ferron to oonvey by deed to the U.S.Government sutfiaient ground tor the building of suoh a station, in as good location as can be found in this oity.
