Notice dated October 26, 1893 and recorded October 29, 1893 in Book 1, page 87 of Pre-emptions by J. L. Powell, R. F. Marable, R. J. Duncan and W. H. Elliott for 30,000 miners inches of water to be diverted from Colorado River for irrigation at a point of diversion located on bank of Colorado River about four miles below Castle Dome Landing in the County of Yuma, Territory of Arizona.
