Bishop for 5,000 inches of water from Colorado River at the place this notice is posted to irrigate lands in Township 1 and 2 south, range 23 West, Clbola Valley, Yuma County, Arizona Territory. Water appropriation dated May 17* 1910 and recorded November 8, 1910 in Book 7 Miscellaneous Records, page 364, by R. B. Seeley and witnessed by T. S. Seeley and Wm. Belford for 1000 CFS continuous flow of Colorado River Water for beneficial purposes and to build a dam about 4-1/4 miles above the old Cibola canal and to construct and maintain canals in Sections 1 and 2 north, range 23 west to a terminal point in Section 31* Township 2 South, Range 23 W. Notice dated December 6, 1909 and recorded December 6, 1909 in Book 7 of Miscellaneous Records, page 91, by J. M. Mendivil, Isaac polhamus, Allen J. Smith, Lewis R. Works, Calvert Wilson for 5,000 cubic inches per second of Colorado River waters for electrical power at a point where this notice is posted in Township 4 North, Range 23 West.
