Toler for 50,000 miners Inches of water from Colorado River at a point where this notice is posted known as Penitentiary or Prison Hill situated in the Village of Yuma, Yuma County, Arizona Territory, and for right of way for canal at this point where notice is posted, and running in a southerly and westerly direction through Colorado River Valley to a point on the boundary between United States and State of Sonora, Mexico. Said canal to be used for irrigation of lands adjacent to and under said canal. Notice dated February 23, 1900 and recorded ! February 24, 1900 in Book 3 of Miscellaneous Instruments, page 421 by S. B. Sealy for 25,000 miners inches of water of the Colorado River for irrigation and other purposes and to construction and operate a canal from this point where notice is posted. Said canal to run in a southerly direction about 20 miles. This notice is posted at a point on southeasterly bank of the Colorado River about five miles northerly of the head of the Cibola canal in Yuma County, Territory of Arizona.
