Show D-10 (b) (ConVd.): Notice dated May 3, 1902 and recorded May 3, 1902, in Book 4 of Miscellaneous Instruments, page 151 by Pierce Evans and Chas. A. Mann for 100,000 cubic feet constant second flow of unappropriated waters or flood waters from Colorado River flowing in said river past where this notice is posted, namely at a point on the south bank of said river 75 feet east of the east line of the Yuma Indian Reservation for irrigation of lands lying southwesterly to the Mexican boundary line. Notice dated January 2, 1903 and recorded January 6, 1903 in Book 4, page 264 Miscellaneous Instruments, by Chas. A. Man, City and County of San Francisco, and J. M. Howells of the County of Los Angeles, for 120,000 miners inches of water from Colorado River for irrigation purposes. Notice dated August 20, 1903, and recorded August 20, 1903, in Book 4, page 439 by Edmund L. Perkins, Secretary of the Interior for and in behalf of the United States government, claims at the point where this notice is posted all the unappropriated waters of the Colorado River, both surface and underflow to the extent of 100,000 cubic feet. Point of location of this notice posting is described as follows: On the left bank of Colorado River about 22-1/4 miles above Yuma, Arizona, and is in or near Section 18, Township 6 South, Range 21 West, G & SRM, Yuma County, Arizona Territory. |
