Show D-10 (b) (Cont'd.): Notice recorded October 4, 1898 in Book 3 'f Miscellaneous Instruments, page 249 by Adam Ludy, Edward R. Ingalls, John W. Crowley to appropriate 20,000 miners inches of the waters of Colorado River for irrigation and to build ditches to carry said water in Township 9 _ Range 24 _. Notice dated June 1, 1898 and recorded November 14, 1898 in Book 3 of Miscellaneous Instruments page 253, by C. 0. McCarrell for 25,000 miners inches of water from Colorado River and for a canal to start at this point and to run eighteen miles in a southerly direction from the point where this notice is posted, being a point on the Colorado River about six and one half miles north of Rancho de Pader. Notice dated April 5, 1899 and recorded April 5, 1899 in Book 3 of Miscellaneous Instruments, page 314, by Shadwick A. Mustain and Robert H. Theilmann for 50,000 miners inches of water from Colorado River. Point of diversion shall be near the confluence of Gila end Colorado River and construction of canal to conduct water in a southerly and southwesterly direction to International Boundary line between United States and Mexico for irrigation and other purposes. Notice dated April 5, 1899 and recorded June 9, 1899 in Bock 3 of Miscellaneous Instruments, page 333 by Mustain and Theilmann for additional 54,000 miners inches of water from Colorado River in connection with instrument filed April 5, 1899. |
