[House Journal, p. 533, March 12, 1925] A communication from the Secretary of State to the Governor was read in full as follows: "March 12, 1925. Hon. Geo. W. P. Hunt, Governor of Arizona, State House, Phoenix, Arizona. My dear Governor: I am transmitting herewith eight certified copies of House Concurrent Resolution No. 1, which are to be forwarded in accordance with the provisions of Article XI of the Colorado River Compact.
