Show -3- to allow one of said copies to be forthwith forwarded to the Governor of Arizona, to the Governors of the other signatory States herein mentioned, and to the President of the United States, accompanied by official notice of the Governor of Arizona of the approval by this Legislative Assembly of said compact. Referred to the Committee on Printing. [House Journal, pp. 366-68, February 26, 1925] Afternoon Session At 2:00 o'clock P. M., the House resumed session, Mr. Speaker presiding. Motion by Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Crenshaw, that the House resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole House for the consideration of the bills on the Calendar. Carried, and at 2:05 o'clock P. M., the House resolved itself into a Committee of the Whole House, Mr. Crawford in the chair. At 5:10 o'clock P. M., the Committee of the Whole House arose, and submitted the following report: "Mr. Speaker: Your Committee of the Whole House reports that it has had under consideration House Bill No. 38, House Concurrent Resolution No. 1, House Bills Nos. 49, 90, 33, 105, 150, Senate Bills Nos. 39, 38, House Bills Nos. 144, 157, 89, 135, 134, 129, 104, Senate Bill No. 22, House Bills Nos. 137, 165, Substitute Senate Bill No. 10, Senate Bill No. 29, House Bills Nos. 170, 155 and 168, and respectfully recommends: that House Bills Nos. 38, 49, 90, 33, 105, 150, Senate Bills Nos. 39, 38, House Bills Nos. 144, 157, 89, 135, 134, 129, 104, Senate Bill No. 22, House Bills Nos. 137, 165, Substitute Senate |
