Show 6109 4109 suppose they are the subjects of judicial notice. Mr. Farnsworth. I suppose you desire to withdraw Exhibit 71, Mr. Blackmar, and offer in its place this other document ( indicating) to bear the same number? Mr. Blackmar. Yes. ( The document referred to was Exhibit No. 71".) By Mr. Blackmar: Mr. Campbell, for the benefit of the record, will you please tell me what Exhibit No. 70 represents? Mr. Farnsworth. Before you ask that, on this Exhibit 71. Counsel has offered the Substitute Exhibit 71, and I desire the record to show that we have no objection to the withdrawal of the original 71, but we do object to the introduc-tion of Substitute Exhibit No. 71 as now marked and offered, on the ground that it is irrelevant and not within any issue in the case. And I would like, if the Court does rule on it now -- The Special Master ( interposing). No. I will rule on it later. |
