Well, this might come up, that I think it bears on the question of navigation, and I urge on that point that it does, and you urge on that point that it does not. Now, is that not a question of argument? Mr. Farnsworth. You may contend that it is some evidence of legal status, and I will contend that it is not evidence of legal status at all in much a matter.
