Show 6119 4119 a party going through the river in September, 1921, would meet conditions, as far as flow is concerned, which is the average for September, based on these records, from 1921 to 1928. A party who had gone through the canyon during September, 1922, would have flow conditions corresponding to one about one- half of what might normally be expected during September. A party going through in September, 1927, would have had flow conditions tow and one- half times of what would normally be expected during September. Now, in case of the maximum and minimum flows are desired to be known for any particular months, those are given here ( indicating), -- in 1920, one party having flows ranging from 6830 for a minimum, to 25,200 for a maximum. The tables show not only the flow occurring during the month, but for ready reference the comparisons with similar flows of other months.
