Show 6152 Mr. Blackmar. All right. The Witness. Plate 6 shows, for the different gaging stations, the number of days, graphically, that the flow was above or below certain amounts between zero and 30,000 second-feet. Taking the example at Lee Ferry, based on all the records of stream flow available, the flow has been above 6000 second- feet for 295 days, and below 6000 second- feet for the remainder of the period of each year, with a minimum of 20 00. That same data is shown for each of the gaging stations. It shows graphically, for the purpose of comparison of any parti-cular trip on any stream, knowing the stream flow, based on days theflow has been below or above that point on the river. By Mr. Blackmar: Q Now, take your trip down on the Green River, with approximately 2000 second- feet. Can you determine from that chart how many days in the year you would, in all probability, have that much water? A Yes. Q And how many days it would be less? A Yes. |
