Show 6108 4108 carefully, Your Honor, before anything is done. The Special Master. All right. Mr. Farnsworth wants to look those documents over. But on further consideration, Mr. Farnsworth, I should be inclined to think -- before I make a final ruling on that -- that, so far as this Exhibit 71 in-cludes Executive Orders by the President, the Court will take the judicial notice of them anyway, and that matter will be for argument as to their relevancy. But in thinking it over a little further, I think that all Executive Orders of the President, the Court takes judicial notice of. Mr. Farnsworth. I think that is probably true. The Special Master. So that I rather think, after I if I could consider the matter irrelevant, it would be matter before the Court for argument, or before me. Have you anything further to ask this witness? Mr. Farnsworth. Yes, I want to ask this witness some questions. The Special Master. I just wanted to fine out whether Mr. Blackmar desires to examine him further. |
