The whole testimony goes in subject to objection, dependent upon whether Exhibits 70 and 71 are held to be relevant, it will have to be taken anyway. A The Changes that I referred to that have take place are all shown by Orders which are part of this exhibit, No. 71. By Mr. Blackmar: Q Can you refer to that Exhibit 71 and give me the dates of the Orders which do not appear upon this map? A The map, Exhibit No. 70, that is in evidence, shows that the territory in Utah west of the 110th meridian, was re stored by Departmental Order of July 17, 1922, when as a matter of fact, that is not the correct status of the land at the present time.
