Show 6099 541 Paine 4099 pleading map on the Colorado River. Mr. Farnsworth. I thought these were the documents from which, in part, this map with reference to which Mr. Dudley was examined was made? Mr. Blackmar. No. The Special Master. Let the record show this. The Master does not consider that he is obliged to read any por-tion of these exhibits, unless some special is called to some special part of a particular exhibit; because he could not go through all of those surveys. Mr. Farnsworth. And in response to counsel's offer of these exhibits, we are willing that they may go in for what they are worth. ( The documents referred to were re-ceived in evidence and marked, re-spectively, " Complainant's Exhibit No. 419" to" Complainant's Exhibit No. 459", inclusive.) Mr. Blackmar. I desire to offer in evidence Exhibits 559 to 604, inclusive, which are the lists of oil permits granted by the United States on the Colorado, Green and San Juan Rivers. |
