Thompson and assigned to Ruth A. Ewing. Th» said Water - Right shall be used only in accordance with, and subject to, the conditions, limitations, rules anrl regulations hereinbelow specified, and to be hereafter established: 1st. The owner of said Wp.ter - Right shall not have any vested or other interest in the pipe-lines, ditches, pumping plant and property of the party of the first part to any extent, but ;.' -il have a perpetual right to use and enjoy so much wafer therefrom as is herein granted and the privileges herein conferred, on the terms, conditions and limitations herein prescribed and . provided. Lnd. The said party of the second part, her heirs or assigns, shall pay for the use of the water taken under said Water-Right a rental to be fixed by the said party of the first part at a rate not exceeding thirty (30) cents per inch of water taken. 3rd. Said Water - Right shall be used to irrigate the land above described, and no other land, and for no other purpose, except for domestic purposes, and for stock kept thereon, and under no circumstances shall said water or any portion thereof be used for mining, milling or mechanical power, or for any other purpose not directly connected with, or incidental to, the purposes first herein mentioned.
