Honorable Commissioner, General Land Office, Through the Register & Receiver, United States Land Office, Phoenix, Arizona. Dear Ur. Commissioner: In connection with desert land entry Ho. 035130, made by l^.thilda E. Karr, covering the SWi, Section 9, T. 8-S, R. 33-W, on October 18, 1930, a decision was rendered requiring this entry-woman to furnish oertain data in certificate or affidavit form concerning the organisation of the North Gila Valley Irrigation District, and by a decision rendered December 9, 1930, this entry-toman was allowed until February 15th, 1931, within which to furnish said information. In compliance with said decisions we have the honor to enclose herewith the following certificates: Certificate signed by the Secretary of the said irrigation district on February 13, 1931, certifying that the SW£, Section 9, T. 8-S, R. 33-W is included within the boundaries of the said district and that the entire acreage is entitled to receive irrigation water; that all tames and assessments levied and assessed have been fully paid. Certified copy of the minutes of meeting of the North Gila Valley Irrigation District showing the organisation of said distriot and its boundaries* and w&5sn instrument was filed in the offioe of the county recorder of Yuma County on the 37th day of >iarch, 1918. Copy of said instrument was certified to by the County Recorder of said Yuma County on February 13, 1931, |
