Carrying and conveying, through certain of the ca-nals, hereinafter specified, of eaid irrigation system, irrigating and other waters from the Colorado River, s?esterly and Southerly to suoh points near the bluff of the upper mesa of said Palo Yards Valley as may be convenient for stations from whioh to pomp suoh waters to, upon, over and about said upper mesas End.- Using the intakes, gates and other works and properties of said canals, and of enlarging said canals fear the pur-pose of uncreasing their capacity; 3rd.- Carrying and oonveying water into, storing water in, and taking suoh water from said "Olive Lake*" The right, privilege and easement of carrying sad eon-raying said waters through and enlarging certain of the oanala of said irrigation system, reserved hereby, is and shall so limited to suoh of the sands, now or hereafter to bo constructed, of amid system, as may bo convenient or nooossary to oarry suoh waters from said river to said points near the bluff of said upper mesa, including any oaaal or oanals that may bo hereafter oonstruotod. Southerly from a point of rook known as "Black Point", aad suoh right, privilege and easement to so oarry and oonvoy suoh waters through Bald oanals, shall, at all times, bo limited to, (a) Suoh portion of the capacity thereof as may exist by reason of any enlargement whieh may hereafter bo made by the par" ty of the first part at Its own cost and expense, sad, (T>) Suoh portion of the oapaoity thereof as may not be neo essarily in use, from time to time, by the party of the seoood part, its successors or assigns.
