Show 15. 4th. The party of the second part, her heir3 or assigns shall not permit said water, cr any portion thereof, to run waste, and shall give to the party of the first part ample ftetics whenever the use of said water shall be needed for the purposes aforesaid. And shall also specify in said notice the quantity of water required and the time during which the use thereof vill be required. 5th. The said water shall be delivered upon the sain land of the party of the second part at a poiat convenient for distribution over the tract to be irrigated, to be determined by the party of the first part, and there measured try the party of the first part; and the manner of delivering, measuring and regulating taie. f«PP3y Of water to the party of the second part shall bo pre-seribed by the party of the first part, and shall be at aJ 1 times under its control. And if the party of the second part shall in any wanner change, open or shut, any measuring box, or by any means Itterease or diminish the aperture thereof without the consent of the party of the first part, or in case the party of the second part shall use or supply water for any other land or shall allow any person to uae It except for domestic purposes, upon the above described previses, or shall in any way whatever take water from •ny ditch, or pipe-line, supplied with water by the party of the first part, except through a weir or measure prescribed by the party of the first part, then the party of the seconrt part shall thereby forfeit at the option of the "oard of Directors of the party of the first part, all rights to receive water from the party of the first part, and also all moneys pain as rental therefor. |
