Show WATER-RIGHT DEED. *< " *•¦ - ¦ ' " ' THIS INDENTURE AND AGREEMENT, made this /fe^M^.tyHr^.. day of?.....#*&*.........., A. D., S8S3, by and between the Turns later and Light Company, a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Maine, having its principal place of business at Yuma, in the Territory of Ari-zona party of the first part, and Ruth A. Swing of said Yuma, . party of the second part, -•---------------------------..... W ' ' ¦; „• WITNESSETH That the said party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of one dollar to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold, transferred, conveyed and confirmed, unto the aaid party of the second part and to her heirs and assigns forever a Water Right of One Hundred and Six and two-thirds inches (10ft %f&\ for each twenty-four (24) hours, in the pipe-lines and ditches of the Yuma Water and Light Company; an inch to be con-struad for the purposes of this agreement to be the equivalent of a constant flow of nine (9) gallons per minute for twenty-four (24) hoars. The said Water - Right is numbered Fifty-Six (56) and is hereby applied and attached to, and is to be used only in connection with, the certain tract or parcel of land situated in the County of Yuma, in the Territory of Arizona, described as follows, to wit: The South half of the North-West quarter, and the whole of the South-West quarter of Section number Three (3), and, the |
