Show However, the above record evidence does not constitute full compliance with the above requirements of office letter "G", dated August 14, 1915, in that it does not show the transfer or transfers conveying the title to said irrigation system and water rights from the original constructors and appropriators, Thomas H. Blythe and O. P. Callaway, to the grantors of the Palo Verde Land and Water Company, and in order to fully comply with said requirements either the company or an entry-man must furnish properly certified record evidence, such as will show, when considered with the evidence now on file, a complete chain of title from the said constructors and appropriators to the Palo Verde Mutual Water Company." This office is now in receipt of your letter of January 10, 1916, transmitting further record evidence filed by the company and consisting of the following: 1. Copies, certified by the recorder of San Diego County, California, of three deeds executed by O. P. Calloway on April 14, 1877, June 27, 1877 and April 15, 1878, respectively, transferring all his right, title and interest in the Blythe Rancho and all appurtenances to Thomas H. Blythe. 2. A copy, certified by the recorder of Riverside County, California, of a decree of the Superior Court of the City and County of San Francisco, California, dated October 26, 1894, distributing all of the real property of Thomas H. Blythe, deceased, including the Blythe Rancho, to Florence Blythe Hinkley.1 3. A copy, certified by the recorder of Riverside County, California, of a deed executed by Florence B. Moore and A. A. Moore, Jr., her husband, on November 14, 1905, transferring the Blythe Rancho and all appurtenances to W. A. Hobson, A. L. Hobson and Frank Murphy.2 1Calif. Ex. No. 331. 2Calif. Ex. No. 333. |
