A Majority of the Board of Directors shall con-stitute a quorum for the transaction of business- Special meetings of the Board of Directors may be called by notice in writing or printing, to be given by the President, or at hi> request by the Secretary, or by two members of the Board of Directors. Personal service of notice upon any stock-holder or director, may be effected by depositing a written or printed copy of such notice in the United States Post Office at the place where the principal place of business of the corporation is or shall be located, under cover, postage prepaid, addressed to each of such stockholders or directors, to their last known address. Notice of special meetings of the Board nf Directors must be so mailed at least three days before the time named in such notice for such special meeting. The certificate of thr President or Secretary so giving and mailing such notices, shall be conclusive as to the fact of service. ARTICLE XVIII. VOTING HY no\\.
