FIRST: The principal place of business and headquarters of the Palo Verde mutual Water Company is temporarily at Oxnard, California. The Irrigation project Is In the Palo Verde Valley, Riverside and Imperial counties, California, and the office of the superintendent and engineering force Is located at Blythe, California. The said Palo Verde Mutual later Company has an authorized capital stock of $1,000*000.00, divided into 100,000 shares having a par value of ten dollars per share. The total amount of stock subscribed for and now outstanding Is 3l,490 shares. Of this amount, 30,854- are fully paid fop, while the remaining 636 shares are but partially paid for, L the unpaid balance, liowever, being secured by notes and mortgages l.eic by the said Palo Verde llutual Water Company.
