Thousands of people rely every year upon this department as their source of scientific and social knowledge. The Master Minds and Artists series with the numerous other educational functions sponsored by the Extension bureau have been instrumental in presenting cultural programs which have been well received by an enihusiastic attendance. The Division is steadily increasing its enrollment and activities.14J.14J. £aAlumni AssociationThe maintenance of the bond between Alumni and the Alma Mater is a problem of any University. It has been solved for us by the Alumni Association of which W. W. Ray is president, and Mrs. Marion White Dayer, is vice-president. Through the year its support contributed materially to the success of such events as the Home-coming celebration, the Senior Reception, and other traditions.By building up interest among the graduates in this program of activities, the association has proved invaluable.Twenty-seven |
