Show Adams, Walker. Larsen, Thurman, Roundy, Newton, Erickson, Pratt, Rossiter, P. Cannon, J. Cannon, Thompson Th E polo squad this year saw its busiest season, although no outside competition was available. Because of lack of funds and foes, conference polo was dropped. The school organized a round robin tournament and the squad was divided into four teams, namely the Reds, Blues, Greys, and Novices, the latter composed of officers on duty. Returning players showing to advantage this year were: Larsen, Adams, Cannon, Walker and Pratt. UNIVERSITY OF UTAH has received nationwide recognition as regards its pistol-shooting ability. The tutorship of Captain Russell C. Snyder has brought the Crimson shooters many triumphs in intercollegiate matches of recent years. Such institutions as Missouri, Cornell, Iowa, Culver, Illinois, Wisconsin, and others are included in the pelts of the nine wins boasted for the current season against only two losses.
