Show U T O N I A N Constitution Committee 19 3 4 DEAS concerning student government that had long been in an embryonic state, suddenly matured and took definite form with the organization during the winter quarter of a special Constitution Committee. The group carried on an investigation for two months. The committee making recommendations for changes consisted of Garf Anderson, chairman, Art Holmgren, Marvin Bertoch, Ford Barlow, Dave Ashton, Annette Ray, Hyrum Hendrickson, Elbert Sheffield, Geo. Baglin, Maurice Knight, Margaret Jacob-sen, Reed Ellison, and Therald Jensen. Program Committee Th Anderson, Knight, Ellison Jacobsen, Ray, Sheffield Hendrickson, Ashton, Barlow Holmgren, Bertoch HE function of the Program Committee is to plan the student body assemblies for the students of the university. The committee has charge of the entertainment and pep assemblies; while the serious and educational programs are arranged by the faculty. Dorothy Hanford, vice president of the student body, acted as chairman of the committee. She was assisted by Edna Swenson, Diane Lamoreaux, Alden Goates, Reed Stout, and Edward McGean.
