And ~e have a total of eight divisions, three under mys2lf, three are under operations and twv are under management support . After the division those are the guys that really deal specifically with their ~reas of expertise. If it's in evaluation, that's what they do, evaluations, management information systems, the planning, the contract support, education and counseling; beneath that we have the branch level . Branch chiefs and the branch people, of course, are divided according to more specialized areas, and then they're all specialists and so a total, the national office of SER is composed of a total of 111 persons, cler ica l , professional and everybody . The organization throughout the country has a little over 600 staff people total, not counting the boa r ds of directors . Locally, a project, and let me give you an example so that, I think it can really be clear that way . Let's take, for example, El Paso, Texas. In El Paso there is a program. The contract that is signed between the national office of SER and a local operation is actually between the national,technically between the national board and the local bosrd of Jobs for Progress in El Paso, so the board in El Paso signs a contract and they also operate in a very similar fashion as we do on a national basis.
