He has one of them that's entitled employer relations, which deals with employers on a national basis trying to develop jobs and ~rying to open doors for local projects· contract support, which deals with local projects and monitoring local projects as far as their contracts are concerned because every local project signs a contract with us; the third division, which is education and counselin& which deals in giving technical assistance to local projects in-those areas, in counseling and all areas of education. GC Is this as relates to the ·trainee? RC As . relates to the trainee. All of what we do is indirectly or directly related to the trainee. The third department, the deputy director position is now vacant and used to be held by Mr. Cano, is management support which is divided into two divisions, one of them in personnel and the other one being financial. So this department, financial division, handles all of the money, all of the 20, approximately 22 million dollars that accompanies that. GC And the personnel only applies just to the nationa~ structure. RC The personnel applies at the moment, because it is a new division, applies to the national; eventually it will be applying for technical assistance to local projects also, as their capability develops. .
