BR: Guerrendo es venado, excepto que esta en los desiertos y es muy distinto a los venados que hay aqui en la sierra. El venado naturalmente es venado y el guerrendo tiene dos cuernitos ansina y dos puntitas ansina arriba. JT: ~Esos no presentaban ni:ngU.n peligro para las borr.egas? BR: No. No mas veian a una partida ansin~ huyaban. Andaban "wild" diatiro, alrededor haciendo polvadera~ pero no, nunca molestaban las partidas. JT: ~Como evitaban, como prevenian que los lobos y los coyotes mataran a las borregas? BR: Por descuidado, por uno mismo, del pastor. Se descuidaba. Pus usted sabe el coyote, con razon tiene el nombre coyote, agarraba su borrego. Cuando usted estaba cuidando esta orilla, el coyote estaba alla en la otra mirando, y no mas tenia una chanza, pues se agarraba una borrega. A mi me paso de pastor munchas veces eso. No munchas, munchas, pero me paso varias veces. Me paso cuando yo estaba aqui de este lado de la orilla de mi partida Y el coyote me agarro borr.egas de alla. JT: nlevaban armas para matar? ..
