FEBRUARY. 5-Junior Prom week, goathood week, and weak goats. Noon dansant in the Administration hall. Bateman elected to succeed himself as president of the Open Forum. 7-Fraternities show diversity by providing vaudevilles, regular waiters and just roon waiters, as "well as Japanese. 8-Art guild and Junior tea in the Art Studio. 9-1918 Junior Prom at the State Capitol. Some dance and some everything else. 10-Junior Prom ends. Utah battles all of Provo, wins the battle but not the game, and Pete is insulted. 14-Cutler gets appendicitis-pneumonia-typhoid fever. The solons see that only one-third can get in the assembly, but they promise nothing but patience. Bamberger is not at the assembly. 27-The women's gymnasium gets an improvised swimming hole. 2 8-Last day of leap-year and Herm Wells gets engaged in the hospital, but tells no one. MARCH. 2-Barristers hold their banquet and number themselves so that they can be identified afterwards. 3-Frosh prexy play unmolested and the sophs get peeved because of the threats made against them. 6-Pete and Eddie hold an executive board meeting and learn how to shake dice. 7-The Governor recommends some new members of the Board of Regents. 8-The Beehive club announced. 9-Cosmopiltan club dance. Norgren leaves for Chicago with the B. Y. U. 12-Seniors kill hi-cost and decide to rent gowns. 13-Kerr elected editor of the Utonian in half an hour, and the job "will take half a year or so. Hayward elected Prom chairman. 15-St. Patrick's issue of the Chronicle issued in the snow. 16-Everything postponed on account of the snow. 17-B. Y. U. gets second place in National B.
