David tells us, "Know ye that the Lord He is God." Now let's look at what we see-Christ is the Lord-the Lord is God. This is plain. Our next step is to determine how many Lords are there? The word of God settles this for us, for all time. "Hear, 0 Israel; the Lord our God is one Lord." Paul tells us, one God one Spirit." "one Lord ye • • • • . . Jesus tells us, "God is a Spirit," Paul tells us, "God was manifest in the flesh."
