Dear Roger and Barbara; Enclosed please find the text portion of my forthcoming, complete submittal. I wanted to get this information to you as soon as possible so if there were any refinements we needed to incorporate, we could begin to do so. Per your request I am including a document file for your use. I have put the file in a few different formats to be sure we find one you can pull up on Wordperfect. While I do not believe we will be occupying the building for at least another month, I realize that these applications need to be filed before occupancy. To that end, I greatly appreciate all your help on my efforts to get these applications "officially" in the loop.
