Show DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED WORK SITE WORK Remove asphalt paving, utility poles, and debris from around the site. Excavate building perimeter, runoff drainage pit and street cuts to utility connections. Waterproof and insulate foundation walls. Install U.G. utilities, roof drains, french drains and drainage cistern. Back fill and recontour to new finish grades. Replace I install sidewalks and building entries. Demolish adjacent garage structure. Recontour, pave and landscape per plans. UTILITIES AND MECHANICALS Electric; New U.G. 400 amp service to building and distribution through out structure. HVAC; Gas to rear of structure, relocate existing furnace, add matching unit, ceiling fans, Roof top AC system and roof vents. Plumbing; 6" sewer tap, 4" lateral to building, 4" supply tap, filtration systems, bathroom and kitchen rough ins. Fire protection; Structure sprinkled through out. Security; Central monitoring station with provisions for video surveillance systems Communications; Phone and Cable distributed through perimeter conduits. STRUCTURAL Install 6 @ 4'x 6'x 5' interior footings for steel bent support Install 3 @ w14 x 48 continuous steel bents under existing steel section. Install continuos steel angle iron at end walls with 8" x 3/4" epoxy wall anchors Double up 2 x 12 x 23' ceiling rafters 4 rows of continuous solid blocking per bay Double continuous ledger and anchor to Masonry wall with 12" epoxied anchors @2'OC. 2x4 furring for finished ceiling anchorage. Install 8 footings and steel columns for mezzanine ROOF Strip roofing down to the wood deck. tear up and rebuild drainage crickets as needed. Stabilize brick on interior of parapet walls and face with 1/2" plywood sheathing . Glue and nail new 1/2" plywood roof decking over existing 4/4 decking. Anchor roof deck to parapets with LL 119 strap anchors using 12" x 3/4" epoxied threaded rods @ 2' OC. Add 5/8" fire rated sheet rock. Add 1.5" ISO board underlayment. Add 1/2" fiber board with 1-90 anchor plates. Add fully adhere 60 mil EPDM roofing using approved adhesives Continuous flashing, and counter flashing, Stabilize, caulk and flash concrete caps |
