Show CEILING Install fire sprinkler lines. Install electrical conduit throughout. Insulate Apply finished ceiling treatment. WINDOWS Break out all glazing, putty and window caulking using electric chisels where required. Strip window frames to bare metal using chemical and mechanical strippers. Mask exterior brick. Tack clean all surfaces. Spray high zinc primer Spray 3 coats enamel paint finish; School house green, eggshell finish. Re-caulk using 2 part poly Urethane caulking Repaint / cut in, caulking Reglaze window frames with using silicone adhesive/sealant Interior finish inserts / fish putty substitute. Replace missing unit on south wall with door. EXTERIOR BRICK WORK Remove all failed and unstable brick on the building; dismantle the South elevation's highly deteriorated third bay. Remove brick from where the new electric service will mount to building. Clean and sort bricks; Establish supply of good "original bricks" for masonry repairs. Replace bricks beginning with the more visible North and East Elevations and continuing to the South and West elevations; as far as the "original brick" supply will go. Remove "matching brick" from the front facade on the adjacent garage structure. Clean brick and create supply of "matching brick" for remainder of repairs. Continue patching the South and West facades and rebuild disassembled column. Fill all settlement and expansion cracks in brick, concrete caps and base. Tuck, point, and pull all mortar joints on the building. Repair finish to concrete base as needed. Mask windows Low pressure / hot water wash brick and masonry. (w\ \\ t;J{v.~ "\..,0( O~\ ~~') Apply #9 masonry sealant. (undetectable upon application) INTERIOR WALLS Remove failed plaster from lower half of rear wall Remove all surface conduit, pipes, etc. Patch / replace, tuck and point brick as needed. Mortar fill on window returns of rear wall . Clean and prep for primer coat. Kilz where needed and prime all wall surfaces. Add 2 base coats of paint, 1 of sponged finish glaze |
