Taylor House at 49 E. 500 N., nominated by the Utah Board of State History and the Utah State Historic Preservation Officer, was officially listed in the National Register of Historic Places by the National Park Service on October 30, 1997. In recognition of the listing of your property, we would like to present to you an official National Register certificate. It contains the name of the site, the nature of its significance, the date of listing, an embossed gold seal, and the signatures of the Governor, the chair of the Board of State History, and the State Historic Preservation Officer.
