Show rehabilitation must completely meet the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation or the entire project will be ineligible for the tax credit. This is only a preliminary determination - formal certification is issued only after the rehabilitation is completed and the Part 3 application submitted. Also note that this review process is independent of and does not supersede any requirements of the Salt Lake Landmarks Committee or the Utah Heritage Foundation, if applicable.
