Show Record Exhibit No. 60, a document entitled " Destructive Floods in the United States, 1905," by Murphy and others; 130 Exhibit No. 61, a document entitled " A Gaseteer of Utah"; Exhibit No. 62, a document entitled " Water Supply No. 556"; Exhibit No. 63, a document entitled " Water Supply paper, No. 380"; Exhibit No. 64, being a copy of a summary of the Whistler and LaRue reports prepared by Bissell; 131 Exhibit No. 65, a document entitled " The Upper Colorado and its Utilization", not yet published and bearing date of 1929. 132 evidence of these exhibits, defendant's attorneys called attention to the impossibility of their reading the numerous voluminous docu-ments as they were offered and it was ordered by the Master that such exhibits might be received and, when complainant called attention to the portions there of which were deemed irrelevant, the defendant would have the right to then urge any particular objections to such portions. 133 There upon complainant offered the following exhibits in evidence: Exhibit No. 66, being Water Supply Paper No. 249; Exhibit No. 67, entitled " The Colorado River Basin, 1909"; Exhibit No. 68, entitled " Silt in the Colorado River, and its Relation to Irri-gation"; Exhibit No. 69, entitled " Notes of the Geology of the Green River Valley between Green River, Wyoming, and Green River, 134 Utah"; Exhibit No. 70, showing the Navajo and Hopi Indian lands in southeastern Utah; Exhibit No. 71, being a copy of various executive orders setting aside Indian lands in southeastern Utah; Exhibit No. 72, being a report on the Colorado River by Lt. Joseph Ives, published in 1861; Exhibit No. 73, being a copy of the report of Capt. George M. Wheeler, dated 1889; and Exhibit No. 74, - 20- |
