Show The Meteoric Career of the Dramatic ClubFAINTLY and through mists of softly falling snow shone the stars on that first night. Only to heedful and vigilant watchers, however, was the heavenly vision of these luminous bodies apparent; those too engrossed with earthly affairs lost forever the opportunity, for only once appeared these stars in Brigham.Northward led the course of this phenomenon, growing brighter and more brilliant with each night's manifestation. News of the wonderful sight spread widely and larger and more enthusiastic grew the observers of stars. From Ogden to Brigham, Brigham to Logan moved the constellation, arousing breathless awe, until-lo! a miracle occured; the stars were stayed in their courses, they stood still for another length of twenty-four hours, that the eager eyes of Logan seekers might grasp their resplendence. Other heavenward gazers cried out for a vision of this wonder, but in vain-¦ the stars disappeared, darkening the northern sky.With joyous exclamations they were soon heralded in the south; yea, even beginning in Springville, moving through Spanish Fork, Ephraim, as far as Richfield, and finally piercing the dullness of the Provo firmament.
