Kellog, the mocking bird, sings and does other things, for the pleasure and enlightenment of the students and faculty.21-Peace meeting. Mayor Park gives a masterful oration on universal peace.23-Again Mr. Kellog sings for the students.Utah beats Oregon in debate. Hurrah for Stratton and Gardner.24-The Gleamers present "King Rene's Daughter."26-Mr. Bryan comes to town. Unfortunately the train came too late ; to allow him to speak to us. Nevertheless all Democrats wore white collars.27-Laubly loses U Tech pin. Romney, Holmstead and Udy injured.March1-The Freshman Dramatic club presents "A Scrap of Paper." The reputation of the 'Varsity Thespians partially eclipsed by the wearers of the green.2-Final basketball game of Intercollegiate season. Utah, 25; Provo, 32. Provo wins the championship but oh! how we frightened them. Provo gets intoxicated with enthusiasm and-4-Executive board discusses new system of managing college activities.5-Track candidates come in droves to the gym for early practice.6-Frank Holman, our Rhodes scholar, tells us all about Oxford.7-Forensic club draws up tentative plans for the John R. Park debate.8-Ujxmian unanimously dedicated to Prof. Reynolds.9-Leap-year dance. A brilliant effusion of green. The boys get a chance to be wall-flowers. 11-Professor W. M. Stewart returnsfrom extensive eastern trip. 12-Juniors walk away with Indoor Inter-class track meet.13-Varsity club dances, plays and eats at the Alpha Pi house.14-John R. Park debate finally arranged.15-The Seniors pull off some dance at the Odeon.16-Sigma Chi and Xi Kappa Phi entertain prospective members.18-U faculty adopts new rules concerning "sluffs." Riter, fills "U" students with real Americanism.21-Indood track meet at Y. M. C. A. The Christians backed out but the boys had some fun anyhow.22-Theta Up'silon vaudeville. Great flocks of baseball material appear on Cum-mings field.26-Registrar announces new system of student classification. The "Fussers" and "Flunkers" become alarmed.27-Professor Evans, in chapel exercises, tells us how to recognize real art.28-Debate in English 3. Oleson and Noall vs. Woolley and Hale.
