Show The Newman Club is home for campus Catholics An active social life and a lot of spirited work was climaxed by the Newman Club's annual Cardinal Ball. Campus-wise they took the trophy for the best Homecoming float. Left to Right, Row One: Cynthia Bares, Nancy Robinson, Nancy Reilley, Lynn Hawkes-worth. Row Two: Sonja Robinson, Janet Hopf, Mary Ellen Brennan, Judy Maher, Kristeen Malouf, Ramona Richards. Row Three: Jom Abraham, Adriano Martinez, Tom Sweeney, Bob Borghesoni, Ron Toczek, Felice Giacaloni, Bob Mastelotto, Bill Liston, Tim Heydon. Part of a national organization, the Newman Club is the campus association for Utah's Catholics. Here was found social activity and work, highlighted by the annual Cardinal Ball. The school calendar was dotted with the Newman activity, and evidence of the campus participation could be found throughout the year. Their Homecoming float took the snow-covered first prize in that event this year. 267 |
