Show American Society of Civil Engineers Open to all Civil Engineering students, it promotes fellowship among the students, encourages "professionalism" after graduation and ethics in the profession. With Gerald Murdock as president, A.S.C.E. has had meetings, lectures, and has participated in intramurals, Engineer Week, and annual Oyster Stew.
