His 3^early collections of his drawings are already collector's items, and although young his reputation is both assured and world-wide. Mr. Arno's opinion on beauty is considered authoritative.Jefferson Machamer (whose picture was unavailable) is staff artist of Judge, national humor magazine. Mr. Machamer as the third judge, is expert in the judging of feminine beauty, having acted in this capacity for many theatrical producers and showmen. His drawings delight thousands weekly.These judges worked on a point basis, six points being awarded for first place and so on down to one point for sixth place.
