Show Fair Forever 182 patched to his rescue. For centuries, sailors have avoided the area of the Atlantic known as the Sargasso Sea due to its becalming winds and choking seaweed. Even today, the vast area remains largely a mystery and is shrouded by legend. Mr. Piccard's harrowing tale will only add to the area's mythical status. Said Mr. Piccard, "After the second week, I began to hallucinate. I imagined I was accompanied by a giant, sea turtle. The great beast kept his distance, but remained close enough in the daytime to give me someone to talk to. I talked a lot. He was a good listener." Mr. Piccard continued, "Until I met the turtle, nights were the hardest. After he arrived, I began hearing French lullabies, the same songs my mother sang when I was an infant. Funny, it wasn't my mother's voice I imagined hearing. The voice was deep and mellow, and it sounded like the ocean when it rains." Mr. Piccard is resting and plans to write a book about his experience. Looks like Cornelius is headed to France, Bradley, just like you thought! I'm glad. Love, Amanda PS. I don't cry anymore. See you in the spring. " |
