Abstract Matz (b. 1919) talks about his family background in Russia, the pogroms that took place there, his mother's immigration to the United States, his father's business, the Ku Klux Klan, and anti-Semitism in Magna, Utah. He also talks about the Greek unions, working for Kennecott during the Depression, school prayer, his lack of Jewish identity, and his father. He also touches on Hitler and World War II, life after the war, discrimination, and his years at Kennecott. 95 pages.
