Show OHI Sidney Matz 11-12 - 85 s1: 11 whowould put his arm down. Of c ourse, he told me. Of course, I never did learn it. Like I say , but he told me it's leverage. That's all it is. It was just leverage. He could put anybody 's arm down just by leverage. He claims if he puts the pressure -this is what he told me -- on his - I tried it I couldn't do it. K Just put thefressure on the point of his elbow. SM Yeah. and then - actually what the guy would do would be-a'd tire himself out trying to put his -but taht leverage would hold his arm just like a piece of iron. And then when he'd see the guy would be tired, then he'd put him out. But, they'd come :in and they'd bring people in, you know. From the railroad or fromthe mills - to arm wrestle. LK Do you see the arm wrestling. SM Oh, y eah, we used to watch it. Heoould - he would do - ah - things that were ~st uncanny. Like I say, he was a student of Houdini .. And he justlearned alot of things, you know.In fact, he went in this Tom M ori Market, this is the Japanese family. And he bet thathe could do this or this or that, you know. And when he went in there, he said, "I'll tellyou what I'll do I'll take this watermelon and I'll throw it in the air and it will orne down and hit the pavement and it will just bounce. IT won'd break." And Tom M 's and his wife says, "No, No. You don't bet, Tom. You know what he does! He can do it. He can do it. You don't bet." Well, le was just kidding with him there. |
