On the seventh day of the month of September, of the year one thousand seven hundred and thirteen, Captain Ignacio de Roibal presented three grants of land the second for the place of Jacona, district of the Town of Santa Cruz, for the surplus of what Captain Jacinto Pelaez had by grant, also made by the same castellan (Don Pedro Rodriguez Cubero), on the second of October, seventeen hundred and two; attested by Pedro de Morales, civil and military secretary; the boundaries of which appear in said grant, and of which I returned to him the original.
