Show 160 recreation system concept. The basic orientation would be toward the tourist as well as local day use and limited overnight visitation. Phase Three This phase includes the fullest proposed recreational development of the Lake. Transportation throughout the area would be significantly expanded and improved, including a ferryboat system. Historical sites and structures would be developed. Facilities for major and subordinate activities would be established and some hydrological modifications made. Zoning of use areas would be established and strictly enforced to ensure complimentary relationships between all activities on the Lake.
