Show 6689 Franz- 4679 was on the boat -- MR. FARNSWORTH: He says he may have been. BY MR. FARNSWORTH: Just explain the matter his Honor is referring to. You answered, if you recall, in your direct examination, that no member of the party had ever been on the trip before, or so far as you knew had ever had say experience in handling a motor boat. A I said not to my knowledge. Q Later you answered counsel Wimmer may have been on the boat. First you said he might have -- I think you said on direct he might have gone up from the junction on the return trip; then on your cross examination you said he might have been on the boat coming down. If you have any definite recollection on that, we would like you to state it. A I have no -- I believe I answered that I had no knowledge of any of them being on the river; they might have been. BY THE SPECIAL MASTER: Q Andy Wimmer had been on the river a good deal, Hadn't he? A Not that I could say, -- to my knowledge; he might have been. BY MR.
